Do I Need It ?

With the eruption of social media and exposure of a complete generation to this aspect, there are a few serious consequences which every one of us is facing. These consequences include poor time management, false stress, tension and some medical issues like headache etc which i mentioned in visual pollution.
Now the question remains like what should be the steps involved to cater for these issues.
As per my apprehension, I have devised certain principles to have a balanced dose of all these factors to live a balanced life. These steps move around one single line i.e. "Do I Need It???".
Now what is this line?
1. Before starting any activity, just give it a one second. Stop by and think "Do I need it???". If the answer is no, stop there and then. If the answer is yes, give it another thought i.e. " How much I need this activity? ". Now analyse the need and come to time distribution of said activity.
Believe me, this line carries the potential to change the complete course of life.

Visual Pollution: The Most Dangerous

Few days back, I started feeling severe headache and pain in my eyes. After few basic diagnostic techniques, I formed my opinion that all the pain was  due to a psychological issue. My mind was strongly opposing the content being shown to me on print and electronic media. I started further research on the subject topic and my findings are as follows.

1. We are being shown the content which is of commercial basis. Every print and electronic media mean is trying to capture our visual space to get their content and ideas penetrated in our minds so that corporate effects can be gained.

2. We use media to see what we want to see and then get our psychological benefits but our visual space capturing phenomena takes place and a strong repulsing stream from our mind is created which results in behavior changes. Extreme cases can result in the form of severe headache and neck ache.

3. Print and electronic media is capturing more than 50% of our visual space. This can also be regarded as visual corruption. There must be some standards and visual limits for the usage of our visual space.

4. The most affected part of this pollution is children. Their visual space is being taken much from the real world which can result in many psychological problems.

If this issue is not catered for, we may see a drastic increase in the psy cases of children and loss of eyesight in children. In grown ups, certain psy issues and other medical complications can be of increase. There is a dire need to understand, analyse and plan our visual space for the better usage of our natural health cycles.

The New Face of Balochistan (Pakistan)

You people might be wondering about the title but let me assure you, this is going to be the reality very soon Insha Allah. The factors I would be listing below which are going to shape Balochistan as the new face of Pakistan.

The recent CPEC developments which were of very high anticipation might lead someone to a point that Punjab is being showered with the blessings of CPEC but this is not the case. I have travelled through Balochistan from Krachi to Quetta and then Quetta to Punjab i.e. Dera Ghazi Khan and I will be kisting down below why I called it as new face of pakistan.

Balochistan is connected to rest if the provinces by RCD, N-50 and N-70. There are very old routs which were operational from the British era. Sad to say is that no work had been done on these routs for the last fifty years. With the initiation of CPEC, these routs are being constructed again and have been given the status of Motorways/National Highways. The new route being constructed from Gawader to Punjab directly is M-8 which is also in the final phases.

These routs are going to change the complete demography of Balochistan. Just imagine how much business will be created on these routs once fully functional. While travelling from Quetta to Dera Ghazi Khan, I had a chance have a look at the initial glimpses of this route.
Let me add one thing more i.e. Balochi culture which is too rich especially when it comes to foods. I have travelled in all provinces of Pakistan and believe me, I grade Balochi food on the top of all. This will have its own charm when culture collision takes place.

Balochistan is the most rich province when it comes to mineral resources. With the induction if technology and latest mining trends, Balochistan is going to generate too much for Pakistan.
This is now a matter of five years. After five years, the new face of Pakistan will be Balochistan Insha Allah.
Long live Pakistan....

Five Reasons Why I Love Sialkot !!!

Sialkot, an industry ridden city, still lovable I suppose... City of hard workers, self made tycoons, crick geeks, foodi guys and much more... Still there is a feel, a unique essence of this city.....

Iqbal Square Sialkot
Let me muster up some scattered words which I collected via feels of this city i.e.

1. The beauty.... until Sialkotiz open their mouth :P This might be because of a peculiar accent of Punjabi which comes from inter mixing of Punjabi and Kashmiri languages. Same goes for their color and complexion of Sialkotiz...

2. Taste of food.... There is a spice every where starting from Pizza Huts n Take Awaz till Dhabaz every where. But I love Sialkoti Taste... Even some times I forget Multan or even Lahore....

3. Hard Work... Sialkot is totally a self made tycoon of Pakistan... Every one loves to work here in every social circle of this city. Millionaires to Cart boys, every one is committed to earn something and make things positive for themselves as well as for the country.

4. Weather... It is too hot in summer n too cold in winter but still it does not pinch you... If there is heat in the air, expect rain in the evening. And rain remains there for days....

5. Last but not the last, home town of Allama Muhammad Iqbal... I was astonished to see a Wali Ullah sitting at the door steps of Iqbal Manzil when I visited it one year before.

I have been here for the last few years but if choice is there, I would like being here for long !!!

Evolution of Urdu Blogging in Pakistan! A New Blogging Horizon

Blogging is an excellent time pass, a productive activity, a positive motive, a passion and above all something which inspires me. I have been around blogging world for the last two years. So I am still in my infancy in this blogging world. But still I feel confident enough to share some thoughts, some views, some of my observations regarding blogging and its evolution in Pakistan.

With the introduction of Google Urdu Translator i.e translation of roman Urdu into Urdu alphabets by Google has almost revolutionized the Urdu blogging sphere in Pakistan. Bloggers had to use many difficult sort of input tools to write in Urdu while blogging. There had been a rapid increase in the Urdu bloggers and their readers in Pakistan and all over the world.

Urdu is our national language plus a language which can be understood in all Parts of Pakistan plus many parts of the world where Pakistani people are there. This is also spoken and understood by many other Asian countries like Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and last but not the least India. So Urdu has served the purpose and at the verge of becoming one of the most widely spoken and understood languages of the world.

The bloggers and what they are writing in Urdu is simply superb. It,s worth reading rather worth appreciating. It can be compared with the stuff at blog sphere of the world at any grounds. I am writing this because I have been a regular reader of Urdu bloggers in Pakistan and all over the world. Most of the urdu bloggers can be found here i.e. URDU BLOGGERS AT FACEBOOK.

The future of Urdu blogging seems quite bright. It is because the bloggers like me who do not blog at commercial grounds, seem quite anxious about Urdu blogging. The elders are required to lay the foundations which they have done quite effectively till now. Now its the time for the young blood to take over and carry forward this mission of Urdu Blogging.

Good luck and happy Urdu Blogging !!!

Perhaps It Belonged to Our World (Saving Birds)

Few days before I was going back to my room after the completion of daily work. While feeling fly high t my new bike, all of a sudden I saw a vulture lying dead on the road. There was nothing worth mentioning, worth watching, worth stopping or worth paying attention. Still I stopped, took out my mobile phone and started making pics of dead vulture  lying up side down on the road.

While making pics, I was continuously think just one sentence i.e.

"Perhaps It belonged to us !!!"

The dead vulture lying on the road.

While going through the ancient ages, it reminded me of the relationship between the man living in caves and the wildlife giving a company. The jungle birds and animals have served humanity offering their dung, meat, fur, bones, blood and all what they possessed. The time passed and human being started evolving and getting mature ideologically. And finally humanity left jungles and became permanent inhabitant of developed cities.

But inside man still exists the same cave aged conceptual hoax. So humanity is attracted towards silence, jungle, wild animals and birds etc. Perhaps we still find peace in the same circumstances which were there when we were in the process of evolution. Same feeling was there while making pics of dead vulture lying on the road.

Wild life has its rights. Who are we to snatch this right from these beauties was nature ???

Juggat (جگت ) is a Punjabi word which means any word, phrase or sentence which creates pun and brings smiles on the gloomy faces. It always gets itss origin from our social inequalities and then it acts as a reminder for our social streamliners to take a break and look at what all has been there due to the inequalities.

Anyway, here is the status which I am copying from the Zafri Khan Fan Page. Read it and enjoy!!!

Explanation of Kashmir Bloodshed by Mumtaz Mufti !!!

Few months before, I was reading a book by Dr Abdal Bela, a prominent urdu short story writer of Pakistan. That book was regarding Pakistan and its relation with Kashmir. He explained the current situation, the unrest, the Indian occupation in Kashmir and all the bloodshed being carried out in Kashmir. I am writing the exact wording by Mufti sb here.

The situation goes as Dr Bela asked Mumtaz Mufti why all this was happening in Kashmir. Mumtaz Mufti replied :

"کشمیر پاکستان کا خراج دے رہا ہے "

So I agree with Mumtaz Mufti. Do you???

Happy Birthday Facebook!!!

Mark Elliot Zuckerberg never knew he was going to be a millionare at the age of just 23. Even when he launched facebook from his dormitory room, he never had an idea what ripples it was going to create in the social media networking world, and facebook did it. It toppled up the Orkat, and all other social media platforms, finally ended up in the end of Google backed dominence in social media.

According to latest facebook statistics available, Europe is leading in the facebook subscribers, Asia going second with a very less margin. It has become the most visited page on the internet and left google far behind here. And has achieved all the milestones Mark Zuckberg never knew or expected. It has turned into a culture, a life style, passion and much more.

Today is the 7th birthday of facebook. I congratulate Zuckberg and all his team on achieving all such goals. They have moved the masses. This can be termed as a perfect success story full of adventures, hardships, self determination, opinion controlling, creation of concept of social space and much more. The ideas are the crucks, and facebook story is the perfect example of how one turns his idea into practicality and fnally success comes in the way.

Currently Pakistan is 28th on the facebook users table. It has been most popular trend in the youth of Pakistan. Everyone seems facebook addict. If it is kept as a hobby within the prescribed limits of social networking, its something positive. But we have moved it a bit up. Here I want to quote an incident which I came across few days before when we were in Sialkot Saddar bazar. I saw a young lad of just 8 yrs fighting with his elder brother at the shop. The thing which had moved this innocent mind was facebook account. The young lad had the demand of getting a facebook account and finally his elder brother had to signup for a new facebook account on behalf of his younger brother.

Guys! I have been unable to build any relation between the positivities and negativities of using facebook and being addicted to it. So I leave it to you. But onething I would mention i.e. just give a thought when you enter the second hour of using facebook in a single go and think if you could spend this time in something positive which could pay you in any way.

Once again Happy birthday facebook. Keep buzzing and keep rocking. Best wishes for you.

The New Laptop Post !!!

While living in Pakistan and buying a new laptop is an uphill task. This is because of the non secure values and the lack of customer trust in Pakistani electronic market. So there are two options. The first one is to buy a second hand laptop and the sceond option is to get the new one from outside.

ASPIRE ONE
I can not say whether is was my love for country, fake  petriotism or lack of mony that I opted for the first option. And something amazing happened.

The first thing was to make a firm decision whether to buy a fulll laptop or buy a netbook i.e. a laptop with Atom processor and less storage capacity as compared to other laptops plus less in size i.e. 10.1 inch lcd. Here starts the mission impossible phase one. Me with my friend Usman Anwar who is currently serving in Sialkot went out to search the market abd finally spotted a blue Aspire One. The first impression lasted and we opted it.

When I was back to room, it was shocking for me that the charging sign was there but battery was unable to provide backup. I tried my local nuskhas. But unfortunately all these did not work. And I had to rush back to the market and find the shop from where I bought it. When he came across such case, he himself was ashamed of what had happened.

Finally after one week, I am in the shop again and got the issue resolved. The battery was not working. There is new battery and I am writing this post live from the shop. Happy blogging...
